Who we are
Frica AI is operated by Techfrica LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use frica.ai and the Frica AI services, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name and email address when you register. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in plain text.
- Usage data. Token balances and consumption, which tools you use, and basic request logs used to operate and secure the service.
- Content you submit. Prompts, files and other input you send to AI tools, together with the generated output.
- Payment records. Plan, transaction status and reference IDs. Card and mobile-money details are handled by our payment providers — we do not store them.
- Security data. IP address and login attempts, used to detect abuse and protect accounts.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate you, meter and bill token usage, respond to support requests, and protect the platform against abuse and fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing and third parties
To deliver the service we pass certain data to processors acting on our behalf:
- AI model providers, which receive the content you submit in order to generate a response.
- Payment providers, which process subscriptions and token purchases.
- Email delivery, used for verification, password resets and service notices.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is required for the service to work and is not used for advertising.
Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we are required to retain records (for example, transaction records for accounting obligations).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to export it. To make a request, contact info@frica.ai.
